LSU is working to add former Baylor head coach Dave Aranda in an analyst-type role, sources tell CBS Sports' Matt Zenitz. Aranda is currently in Baton Rouge. Before Baylor, Aranda was LSU's defensive coordinator from 2016-19 and helped lead the 2019 national championship defense. He was fired by Baylor on Oct. 25 after seven seasons (40-40). On3's Pete Nakos reports Aranda has been in Baton Rouge watching practice, with conversations ongoing and nothing finalized. No. 14 LSU (6-2) hosts No. 5 Alabama on Saturday at 2:30 PM CT on ABC.
